In this module, you will work with the company executives to formulate plans for an international expansion project as well as a program to improve the organization’s customer service. The executives are deeply divided over the priorities of these two projects and the allocation of resources to them. In addition, none of the executives are willing to give up resources from their own divisions’ internal projects. As you work on the design for managing these projects, you also negotiate trade-offs between the rival camps of executives.
