Use resource analysis techniques to analyze resource availability and move under-utilized resources to critical tasks

Use tracking and earned value data to analyze a project and craft tradeoffs to get the project back on track

Consolidate multiple project files into one master schedule for your organization. This includes a shared pool of resources and project scheduling based on project priorities.

You will send your instructor your work for feedback and coaching. Remember that your instructor is available to answer your questions and will always get back to you within 24 hours. You can have video conference calls your instructor when you need them. There are no limits. So don’t struggle with a technique.
