Dick Billows, PMP is President of 4PM.com and a project and program manager with 25 years of experience in industry and consulting. Dick was the partner in charge of a 14 state region for the 4th largest professional firm in the world, managing consulting projects and programs in a wide variety of industries. He was also vice president at SmithKline, a Fortune 200 company, responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and their project managers. Dick is the author of 15 books and hundreds of articles on project and program management.
Tom Biedermann, MBA, PMP is a vice president of information systems at Bayerische Landesbank, a global financial institution employing more than 5,000 people in Munich and New York. Tom has implemented projects and programs in the areas of process optimization, trade settlement, business continuity and disaster recovery, strategic planning, customer support and data transmission. Tom directs the activities of a team of project and program managers as well as technical staff and a project office function.
Nahusenay Teamer, PMP, MSC is a Programme Manager with Mekelle University in Tigray, Ethiopia where he is responsible for the monitoring of all projects and programs for the university including financial and accounting projects, the university database, education and research projects and programs. Ron Gardener, PMP is a program manager with the National Aeronautic and Space Administration, NASA, and is responsible for multiple engineering and development projects supporting the agency’s space programs. His prior experience was with the Department of Defense as a civilian contractor and prior to that with the the Air Force where he was part of some of the Air Force’s biggest projects, including the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.
Enkelejd Zotaj MBA, PMP is Head of IT at a major Albanian bank. He has 11 year experience in IT and Banking being responsible for delivering an average of 20-30 projects/programs per year in categories which range from enterprise systems, business intelligence, system integration, infrastructure projects, policies implementation, risk management, etc. Enkelejd has driven several processes formalization and optimization, including requirements management, project portfolio management, IT capacity management and quality/test management. Mike Riha, PMP has 34 years of experience leading programs, projects, organizations, teams, and cohorts both in the private sector and the US Air Force. There he specialized in educational projects focused on course development and and delivery. Over the past 2 decades, he facilitated hundreds of graduate and undergraduate courses in business, leadership, management, computer science, and information technology. He served 20 years in the US Air Force directly supporting other military services, federal departments and agencies, and coalition partners during his career.
Sheryl Oeftering, PMP has been managing projects for over 15 years in areas of technology, training, and event planning. Accomplishments range from cutting technology costs to re-implementing a new hire training program, and successfully planning and executing corporate events. Philbert Bascombe, M.A., PMP is a Strategic Planning Officer with Aboriginal Affairs & Northern Development Canada. His prior experience was with the Public Health Agency of Canada as a Program and Evaluation Consultant. Prior to that he was a Project Manager with the World Travel & Tourism Council. Philbert has managed and implemented projects from different sectors for over 20 years in the areas of tourism, public health, airport planning, program evaluation, education, and strategic planning. He has a Masters Degree in Community & Regional Planning and a B.A. (Hons) Degree in Economics.
Mike Angerame is Vice President of Energy and Environmental Solutions for Siemens Government Services, Inc. Siemens Government Services integrates a broad range of innovative Siemens’ products, systems, and services into work performed for the U.S. Government. He is working to expand Siemens’ energy product and service offerings in the federal marketplace.
During his 10 years with Siemens, Mr. Angerame has been instrumental in developing national and enterprise level business programs for energy efficiency solutions, and launched Siemens Alternative Energy business unit.

Heike Peters, PMP
Heike J. Peters is a PM mentor and consultant with The Hampton Group, Inc. aka 4PM.com, and works as an independent IT/business consultant. She has more than ten years of project management experience in wholesale business and the chemical industry, and a total of 15 years of business experience in the process industry including positions in customer service, sales, and marketing.
Heike has completed her education in Wholesale and Import-Export Business, and received her Information Systems Certificate in Germany, she is a CompTIA IT Project+ Certified Professional, and has her Certificate in IT Project Management from Colorado State University.

Mary Borris, PMP, has 18 years of experience as a project manager for IBM specializing in the Healthcare industry. She directed a team of consultants implementing software solutions for clients in the western half of the United States. Prior to her consulting career, Mary worked in general management positions. She has a BS in Computer Information Systems from Regis University and a Masters Degree in Management.
Scott Arias, PMP
Scott Arias has over 15 years of project management experience, with 10 years being in the design-build construction arena. In the design-build world, Scott has managed hundreds of projects at many different levels. From an Assistant Project Manager to the Director of Design-Build Construction, Scott has completed projects in the residential, commercial, industrial, retail and military construction sectors. These projects have been located around the world, from embassy projects in the deserts of Africa, to industrial research facilities in Boston. Scott holds a Masters in Project Management from Thomas Edison State College. Currently he is a doctoral candidate at Indiana State University, seeking a Ph.D. in Construction Management. Scott is a PMP and is a licensed residential builder in the state of Michigan.
Keira Cill, PMP
Keira Cill, PMP, has over 20 years of experience as a project manager. She spent 8 years with IBM managing manufacturing process improvement and strategy projects and 7 years with Dell Computers managing NPO, Custom Factory Integration and B2B Server Bundled Solutions projects. Keira majored in Modern Languages at the University of Notre Dame. She received an MLS in Information Systems as well as an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Leslie Schiefelbein, PMP
Leslie Schiefelbein, PMP, earned her project management certification from Colorado State University and has been a consulting associate with 4PM for three years. Prior to working at the Hampton Group, Leslie has worked on many projects with previous employers American Family Insurance and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. She is also active in our web-based PM consulting. In addition to holding her PMI® Certification, Leslie has a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is pursuing graduate work in statistics.

Brooke Woody, PMP, earned her project management certification from Colorado State University. Prior to working at 4pm, she was a project manager for Bank of America’s Technology and Operations Department for six years. In addition to her PMI® Certification, she has the Comptia IT Project Certification and Greenbelt Certification. Brooke has a BS in Business from Wake Forest University.
