How Our Individual Instruction Works
We tailor the course to your individual needs and adapt it so the course fits your pace and schedule. You decide when to do the reading, watch the video lectures and when to do your assignments.
You start when you wish, and proceed at your pace and schedule. There are no rigid schedules or set class times. Your personal instructor, a certified PM, gives you feedback on every assignment and answers all your questions within 24 hours. You contact your instructor directly by phone or e-mail and you the two of you have private videos conferences whenever you wish.
Our Methodolgy for Projects
Our Achievement-driven Project Methodology (AdPM ™) reflects our years of practical project and program management experience. We teach it in all our books and courses which earn education hours (PDUs) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). See the details.
